<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Basis Specialist - Nestle Globe, Inc., Glendale, CA - Support SAP Basis and administer UNIX.  Administer database and analyze, integrate and troubleshoot technical problems in Enterprise Portal, Exchange Infrastructure, APO, BIW, CRM, EBP, SEM and SAP R/3 Enterprise.  Maintain and support the global mySAP Productive Landscape Environments according to global strategies and standards.  Resolve all mySAP technical problems according to service level agreement timeframes.  Provide problem determination and resolution services.  Pro-actively monitor and support the mySAP Environments, including- daily, weekly, monthly checks, performance, tuning, sizing, transport, connectivity.  Apply and manage system changes consistently across the mySAP Environments, including- support packages, SDPs and CRTs, kernel patches, mySAP middleware. Design and document procedures for the installation, operations and support of the mySAP Environments. Install each mySAP Environment.  Travel 5% of time in U.S.
****The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of experience in supporting SAP Basis on UNIX.  Stated experience must include 2 years in administration of VLDB *greater than 1 TB* DB2 databases, SAP Java administration, and in analyzing, integrating and troubleshooting technical problems. Must also have experience in at least 3 of the following- APO, BW, CRM, PI/XI or Enterprise Portal.  Experience may, but need not, be gained concurrently.
