We are currently looking for a Fixed Assets Supervisor with strong system, financial, and problem solving skills. This ideal candidate must be able to participate in and lead cross-functional and organizational teams. Either a Fixed 9/80 or a Flex 40 schedule is available. The primary objectives of this position are: * Ensure TMS assets are accurately recorded, depreciated and maintained* Primary business owner of PeopleSoft financial Asst Management Module* Supervise a staff of 3 * Lead the effort to implement new FASB Lease Accounting rules * Participate in special projects* Be a Kaizen/Lean thinking champion for the AR/FA team * Bachelor's degree in an accounting related discipline preferred* CPA strongly preferred* 3 or more years of direct supervisory experience required* 3 or more years of relevant accounting experience preferred* Proven information system trouble shooting and problem solving skills required* Excellent communication, relationship building, interpersonal and organizing skills required* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word required* Ability to work accurately with details required* Experience using PeopleSoft and EssBase a plusToyota is an equal opportunity employer.
