To make your mark as theSenior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:Position Summary/Scope:Toyota Financial Services (TFS) provides quality services to over 4 million customers in retail loans and leases, with total assets over $80B, approximately 90% relates to automotive financing. Every year the business adds a million new customers through nationwide dealership origination. This Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in improving customer loyalty and decision processes by utilizing customer account / service data and statistical tools.This position will be responsible for customer data testing and validation, structuring evaluation of alternative methodologies for enhancing marketing and customer loyalty, and project management from concept to implementation. This individual will have the ability to understand complex analytical models, facilitate communication and garner support for integrating greenfield analytical tools into the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence individuals from different parts of the organization at all levels of management.Major Duties and Responsibilities:40%: Customer Analytics Optimization* Develop strategy and lead project management to successfully develop and implement analytical products across multiple business groups* Collaborate with partners to enable effective business decision making and performance measurement.* Communicate analytical results to business partners with clarity, business benefits and impact 35%: Customer Service Data Mart Support* Responsible for reviewing Service data mart requirements to ensure data integrity and data relevancy.* Review and validate data structure. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, quality and compliance. 25%: Analysis and Modeling* Use advanced analytical tool to integrate customer data across products and channels, finding opportunities for value added initiatives from a deeper customer view.* Evaluate the effectiveness of customer incentive/retention strategies and identify opportunities of best practice roll-out and similar strategy consolidation.* Identify area of improvement in customer service operation areas. Build analytical reports to ensure performance improvement.* Develop advanced models that identify customer behavior and value.The candidate who fills this position will have the option to work a 9/80 alternative schedule which means working 80 hours over nine calendar days, with the tenth day off. The day off will be alternating Fridays. TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates should have the following qualifications:TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS* Aptitude to conceptualize, develop strategy and execute to achieve long range and high level objectives that impact company's performance.* Excellent written, oral communication, project management, presentation and change management skills. Must be able to clearly articulate and present findings and recommendations to senior finance and business management. * Must have solid understanding on consumer financing industry via experience in financial services and/or financial consulting.* 5 years of professional experience in an analytic capacity in fields such as marketing analytics, risk management, or financial analysis.* Must have 3 or more years experience with financial/risk analytics and modeling, statistical modeling techniques and directing data mining/structure.
