As a commercial Senior Financial Services Analyst you could expect the following types of duties:55% Duties: Analyzing, Structuring and Monitoring More Complex CreditsPerform analysis and create viable opportunities for asset based loans, construction loans, Hino real estate, TFS Bank facilities, workouts, special audits, progress payment facilities, debtor-in-possession financings for TFS in areas where no past history or trail exists. Perform analysis of the dealerships' financial condition in accordance with Procedure 106 for Floor Plan Lines. Other financial products including Working Capital Loans, Real Estate Loans, Revolving Lines of Credit and any other credit facilities should also be reviewed and monitored in accordance with established procedures. Analysis to measure risk and provide mitigation, assess the financial performance of the dealerships and make recommendations to the level, type and structure of the financings that are appropriate for the dealerships, supported by substantiated rationale. Assure proper documentation of contractual agreements, monitor compliance and provide recommendation for any corrective action. Continuously monitor the financial strength of dealerships via regular review of financial statements, maintaining awareness of payment patterns and keeping abreast of events affecting dealers for ongoing compliance with TFS policies.Process new requests for Hino wholesale inventory floor plans within 10 days from the receipt of appropriate data. All renewals to be processed by the assigned due dates.15% Duties: Monitor and Manage Inventory Status - AuditsVerify the status of collateral inventory for the purpose of mitigating TFS exposure in accordance with Procedure 222. Coordination of the physical inventory audits, working closely with the inspector to assure the highest levels of customer service. Ensure that the dealership's payment and reporting practices to TFS are in compliance with contractual agreements. Participate in the Buy/Sell process through the evaluation of records and on site attendance of a dealership closing. Analyze and review all related documentation and propose corrective action for management review. On-site assistance with audits when possible. In particular, monitoring of dealer out-of-trust situations as required.Achieve 10-day average turnaround times on audit recaps.10 % Duties: Account ManagementSet specific procedures for monitoring structured credits. Render assistance to junior associates in managing same. Conduct daily processing of dealer requests, financial statements, follow up on monthly charges and any other items required (e.g. - assignments of proceeds) by the dealership in accordance with TFS lending policies and advise management of any exceptions that need to be escalated in accordance with related policies. Work with our manufacturers Toyota Material Handling, USA. Inc. ("TMHU") and Hino Motor Sales, USA, Inc. ("Hino") to address any issues regarding our dealership customers. Participate in periodic reporting requirement (departmental monthly reports, subvention analyses, etc.)10 % Duties: Account AdministrationCreate viable structure to administer structured credits. Perform follow up of activities with external contacts including all UCCs, Intercreditor Agreement and wholesale insurance issues ensuring timely renewals and completion of departmental responsibilities. Conduct on-site audits of dealer records and inventory as appropriate.
