We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with a background in Plastics, blow molding, injection molding equipment to perform maintenance and repairs, with the goal of increasing the reliability, up time, and longevity of the manufacturing, support, and facility equipment.
The selected candidate will bring both significant manufacturing/industrial maintenance and repair experience, as well as specific PLASTICS industry knowledge and background to the table.
We need someone who has the ability to not only maintain equipment in safe operating condition, but also those who can perform preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and improve equipment.
Broad knowledge of mechanical principles and electro-mechanical techniques, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, conveying, automation, or other technical expertise.
Experience/Exposure to Plastics manufacturing environment/equipment desired Injection molding, blow molding, etc.
Able to read Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Mechanical Schematics.
Welding and fabrication experience desired.
Strong verbal/interpersonal/written communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
