<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>CORPORATE USED EQUIPMENT MANAGERJOB OVERVIEW:To lead, oversee, and maximize profitability/volume targets for all aspects of Used Equipment Sales.JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:• Administer company policy and procedures for the Used Equipment Department• Maximize profitability while attaining sales volume targets set fourth for the Used Equipment• Maintain a working knowledge of the Material Handling Industry, competition and products.USED EQUIPMENT ADMINISTRATION• Directly supervise Used Equipment Coordinator and Assistant Used Truck Manager (note coordinator split between Used and some new sales functions).• Review and price all trade-in appraisals as submitted by the sales team• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) for Used Equipment acquisitions (via trade-in, off lease and wholesale,) pricing and capital expenditures.• Develop Standards for Used Equipment repair for each branch to maintain consistency.• Ensure the accuracy of the web based used inventory report in the NorthStar System• Ensure that the pricing of retail and wholesale Used Equipment are in line with the different levels that have been established (e.g. A, B, C Level Used Equipment).• Generate a “Used Needs” analysis report monthly and ensure that inventory levels are matched to the current business climate• Locate, appraise and acquisition Used Equipment for Sale.• Ensure accuracy of the Used Equipment Site. Ensure that all equipment listed has multiple digital photos, videos and adequate descriptions.• Ensure that relationships with wholesalers are maintained to optimize inventory aging. Wholesale unneeded or aged equipment promptly. This should be done while making sure that whenever possible used equipment sold to a wholesale source does not land in our sales territory.• Review appropriateness and timeliness of Used Equipment capital expenditures.A
