<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Requisition Number 12-0155Post Date 8/10/2012Title Specialist II, Loan ServicingCity HaywardState CADescription Under limited supervision, The Loan Servicing Specialist II- Loss Mitigation is responsible for providing outstanding support with respect to the defaulted or current-borrower loan workout functions and collection functions as it pertains to Real Estate and Commercial Loans in accordance with specific instructions and established procedures.Requirements Ideal candidate will have at minimum a high school diploma/GED, with 2-4 years of progressive experience in the collections area. Selected individual will also posses excellent communication, organizational, writing, and customer service skills. Knowledge of all Fair Debt Collection practices as well as other relevant collection laws and policies are needed. Solid knowledge of banking requirements and regulations along with the ability to maintain good relationships with customers and other employees are required. Knowledge and experience in collections/work-out with emphasis in Real Estate, Consumer and Commercial Loans along with traditional underwriting practices are needed.
