The Fulfillment Specialist III will perform complex underwriting on conforming and Jumbo products. The incumbent must be knowledgeable in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other outside investor underwriting guidelines.Requirements -Bachelor''s degree in Business, accounting, finance; or 5 years related experience in underwriting mortgage loans.-5 years of investor loan processing, underwriting or closing experience-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills-Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment-Ability to handle competing priorities effectively and within established time frames-Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude-Prior customer service experience in a mortgage environment is required-Experience working with a Windows-based computer environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office.-Must be a resident expert in automated underwriting systems (DU/LP/Assetwise)-Must be knowledgeable in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending guidelines-Knowledge in Loan Origination System such as Empower a plus
