Establish preventive maintenance schedule of production-line equipment. Takes applicable corrective & preventive action and provides follow up as necessary to achieve specified equipment performance targets.* Perform regularly scheduled maintenance and emergency repair of production-line test equipment(Including):Load Stands, Thermotron, Vibe System, Shaft Tester, Backlash Tester, UMT* Validate performance of maintenance/repair* Assist in Troubleshooting Test Stands to confirm Unit Under Test failure* Informational resource for Manufacturing & Design Engineering to provide solutions to technical challenges in manufacturing* Root cause investigation of failures and manufacturing equipment, including test, equipment capabilities, and CPK analysis.* May be assigned other activities as required to meet business objectivesJob Dimensions (Budget, staff, etc.)* Highly motivated individual who is organized and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to work with minimal supervision* Ability to meet deadlines including willingness to work overtime, multi-task, and pay strong attention to detail* Ability to lift up to 50 lbsMajor Competencies/Skills* Able to read and understand Electrical & Mechanical Diagrams/Schematics* Familiar with;Pneumatic systems, Mechanical systems; gear drives, gear box, and Electrical principals, Electrical systems; AC/DC voltages* Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Various power supplies AC & DC, power tools* Various hand tools, Micrometers, Calipers, Pressure Gauges* Computer interfaces; GPIB, R
