Must meet qualifications to obtain a Government.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
        Plant maintenance.
        Understand and follow verbal  written instructions.
        Performs housekeeping in all areas of the plant
        Assisting Hazardous Materials Manager hazardous waste pickups
        Sets up, changes and adjusts equipment as required by current operations
        Responds to emergency calls, inspects and troubleshoots defective equipment to determine work to be done.
        Operates simple machine tools such as drill press, pipe threading machine, saw.  Cuts material with oxy-acetylene torch.
        Able to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time in unfavorable weather conditions.
        May perform maintenance skills for construction and facilities repair.
Completes work as assigned on Maintenance work orders, Fills out PM check sheets.
        Cuts material with oxy-acetylene torch.
        Maintain, service and install all refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning units HVAC.
        Monitor and maintain inventory and reorder parts and stock as required.
        Balance all air flow in ventilation systems.
        Maintain and service all humidity systems and controls.
        Maintain all pneumatic control valves.
        Maintain and process water loops and chemical balances.
        Modify existing plant electrical facilities. Experience Required
        5+ years of maintenance experience
        5 years of experience as a Millright/Maint Technician, preferably with a DOD contractor.
        Should be trained and experienced in  Electrical HVAC Welding Rigging Machinery Installation Machine Repair Piping Systems and Installation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
5 years High School/GED
