<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>This position requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment and tool usage. Employee must be able to work independently as well as with others.  Employee must coordinate with departments though the Lodge Manager for repairs of all facility needs such as light bulbs, ceiling tiles, plumbing issues, and other facility items. Included are maintaining the exterior of all buildings, maintaining and inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies, minor repairs, and remodeling depending on professional skills. Employee will regularly perform preventative maintenance throughout facilities. The Employee shall perform general plumbing, electrical repairs, unstopping sinks, drains, garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, light switches and lamps, repair of damaged walls, minor tile work, replace windows and air conditioners. Assist in ordering of needed supplies, tools, and parts. Maintain tool inventory and safe working conditions including safety inspections. Minor repair of locks, furniture repair, bathroom and kitchen repairs as needed. Employee must be willing to respond to emergencies, even if called during off hours. Employee will keep work station in a clean and safe working condition.
