About the Job Under the supervision and direction of the Program Administrator, the MHRW participates in the implementation and promotion of services for adults who live in a licensed Board and Care. The MHRW may provide psycho-educational, recreational groups, assist Clients in time management and Adult Daily Living skills activities. Provides one on one and group services using social rehabilitation principles in a Board and Care setting. The MHRW is expected to develop proficiency in counseling, teamwork, coordination and liaison skills, as well as customer service professionalism.
Experience Required Min. 1yr Full Time exp. working in programs serving persons with mental illness. Exp. must be in direct service to clients.
Education Required High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer AA or BA in social services. Bilingual an asset.  Proof of auto insurance and must meet insurability requirements of Anka insurance carrier. Fingerprint clearance required.
