<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>We currently have an opening for an A/C Technician/Central Plan Technician who will operate, maintain and repair all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment including but not limited to the central cooling/heating plan with chillers, hot water boilers, air distribution and control, water chemistry and treatment, refrigeration and DX systems.RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or older.Must have a High Diploma or GED/equivalent.Minimum three years experience in Central Plant operations.Universal Refrigerant Certification required.Must demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.Capable of working independent. Must have sound knowledge of controls and the skill to troubleshootequipment and systems. WORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditoins, The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high precarious places, extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is high.
