In conjuction with the Director, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal as well as external regulatory reporting requirements. In addition, the position serves as primary support to clinical leadership in monitoring and evaluating processes for outcomes management and performance improvement. This position also serves as a team facilitator and consultive resource for clinical and departmental staff responsible for Quality and Performance Improvement activities.* Minimum of two years clinical experience in area of specialty* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing * Availability to work flexible hours. Analytical, negotiation and computer skills a must * Bachelor's or Master degree required in related field, preferably in nursing* Current California Registered Nurse
