This position is responsible for provisioning of first level Embedded Software and Requirements Management support and will coordinate any other related matters. The position is expected to be the Embedded Tools  Requirements Management face to the internal customer.
The primary responsibility of this position is to specify, support, setup, and maintain our DOORS Requirements Management environments. This job requires extensive knowledge of Embedded Tools systems and applications, networking, and the interoperability of these in a heterogeneous environment. Candidate is responsible for ensuring system and application up time and reliability.
Duties
- Provision of first level support installation and maintenance of Requirements Management and Embedded Tools related software and hardware, trouble shooting e.g. DOORS, MKS, PVCS, Vector, GreenHills, Eclipse, FreeScale, etc
- OEM liaison, keeps contact with North American OEMs, communicates Requirements Management and Embedded Tools related OEM information within facility.
- Systems documentation, develops systems specifications and implement complex computing environments including workstations and servers
- Support acts in the role of primary support for implementation or upgrade of Requirements Management and Embedded Tools systems or computer equipment e.g. DOORS, MKS, PVCS, Vector, GreenHills, Eclipse, FreeScale, etc
