About the Position
The Accounts Payable Specialist will have responsibility for ensuring that all vendors are paid in a timely manner, while maintaining strict adherence to internal corporate control policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for
1. Vouching payables in a 3-way match  invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods or services.
2. Maintaining current vendor contact information
3. Researching account activity, including vendor pricing, freight and sales tax charges, proof of delivery, and Purchase Order documentation and authorization.
4. Resolving problems associated with vendor accounts
5. Responding to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and payments.
6. Advise and work with management if payment problem occurs as of result of missing or erroneous documentation, lack of appropriate authorization, etc.
7. Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
8. Performing other duties as may be considered necessary
The successful candidate will have experience setting up wire payments and Concur expense reporting tool. The incumbent should be highly organized, reliable and accurate. Attention to detail, follow-through, and outstanding customer service are expected. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in similar roles is required. Experience working with international customers is a plus.
