Responsible for support and account management
activities as it relates to sales, and sales
operations team. This role will serve as a liaison
between the CoreLogic operations group and clients
to address inquiries and fulfill client requests
related to system issues and training. Primarily
responsible for customer knowledge of our product
and services and provides training post
implementation.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Account Management Support
Act as a first level escalation resource to
clients
Conduct routine status meeting with clients to
solicit voice of client regarding product/ company
performance
Partner with Product Specialists/relevant team
members to expand and broaden relationships across
the business unit
Coordinate client on-boarding for new clients in
the appropriate systems
Answer questions, follow up on and resolve billing
issues
Provide client level reporting, monitoring and
analyzing client trending and SLA adherence,
provide information to management
Project coordination/management includes
Make independent decisions and coordinate
activities necessary to resolve significant client
issues, training issues and engage appropriate
support within business unit resources to resolve
Manage client specific projects to ensure
successful and timely completion according to
client expectations
Training and technical support includes
Train clients on product capabilities, product
demonstrations, changes, system enhancements, etc.
via direct training sessions, phone contact, or
web-ex for new users
Perform maintenance of clients in relevant
systems, including the addition of new products
and services
