Analyze, locate and repair malfunctions in complex solid state analog and digital control systems.· Electrical motor control design and fabrication.· Large manufacturing machine rigging and relocation. · Perform start-up procedures including installation of CNC and NC machinery.Job Requirements :· Two years of formal electronic schooling or equivalent experience. Five years’ experience in CNC electronic maintenance or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.· Strong electronic/electrical/mechanical aptitude. Thorough knowledge of the electrical, electronic, and microprocessor systems of computer numerically controlled machines.· Proficiency in working from electronic blueprints and schematics, engineering drawings and sketches and in the use of precision test and measurement equipment. Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
