Invest in your future.Job Summary:Reporting to Loan Specialist III, the Loan Specialist II is responsible for providing a high level of exceptional service to CBRE Officers, assigned business units and customers for complex commercial real estate loan transactions (primarily permanent, but can include construction loans). Loans can also include out of State transactions where loan documents are prepared by outside legal counsel or by Loan Administrators in CRELA. You will be responsible for multiple changes to loan documents when heavily negotiated by borrower. Acts as liaison with borrower, account officer, attorneys, and other bank contacts to ensure loan is documented in accordance with all legal, regulatory and bank requirements. Provides a high level of support to the CBRE officer and works extensively with title companies to open new title orders, escrow and request the required documentation to start the loan process.Major Responsibilities:15% - Work in partnership with CBRE and account officer during the entire loan process which includes due diligence, title and if a construction loan, ongoing disbursements30% - Request documentation from CBRE and RM&#39;s to complete a file for CRELA&#39;s documentation process15% - Order and provide a cursory review of the preliminary title report and underlying documents pertaining to exception items to determine if any require further investigation10% - Review of any non-standard SNDA&#39;s or Estoppels which includes review of the minimum requirements, SNDA Checklist and tenant lease to determine if they are acceptable10% - Work with inside or outside legal counsel on transactions that require legal involvementThe above responsibilities are critical towards ensuring that the Bank&#39;s security interest is consistent with approved loans terms.
