Along with the other sales team members in your geography, you will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of our products and improving customer satisfaction.In this position, you will communicate and transfer business process / solutions sales knowledge. The West Region TS will be focused on Demand Generation (seminars, tradeshows) and Solution Development and Proof Phases (DEMO) of the sales cycle. In the sales cycle, the TS is responsible for building sales expertise of our partners and supporting our Dynamics selling team with solution demonstration and mapping of the CRM/xRM solutions to the customers'' business.The West Region TS is a critical part of the account team and works closely with the Microsoft Account Team, Specialist Unit and Dynamics partners. When a partner is involved, the TS assists in communicating Microsoft advantage and value. The TS is an escalation resource, to assist in the sales process, for top tier managed partners (top 30%). The TS also provides business solutions technical evangelism to the broader community of partners and customers in the selected region through 1: many events (live, web.)Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability working with executive level management at enterprise customers to map IT to business initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the business value of our Dynamics application solutions and products and position them in competitive scenarios. Applicants should have a strong technical background with 8+ year''s industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists. Candidate must be able to guide and manage virtual teams. Candidate must be proficient in creating Solution Strategy mapped to the business plan for the accounts assigned.A BA/BS or MS degree is desired and 25+% travel is required. The individual should be based out of the West Region. Working knowledge and experience of our Dynamics applications is a plus.Sales:SMSP
