Utilize tools to analyze, query and manipulate
data according to defined business rules and
procedures.  Follow defined
audit procedures and produce required metrics
according to defined procedures.
Correct data quality errors, either with system
tools or working with programmers.
May update/maintain database with reviewed and
corrected data.  Review
data and record layouts prior to submitting to
programmers and do final check when data is
loaded. May approve release of data into
production.  Prepare reports
and track trends.  Interpret,
evaluate and resolve or escalate phone/e-mail
inquiries pertaining to user requests.
Provide training to other Data Quality
representatives.Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelors degree preferred     Experience
Five to eight years related experience
Knowledge/Skills   Excellent
SQL Skills  Knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Access
Mortgage/Real Estate Industry experience preferred
Knowledge of required tools to query and
manipulate data in varying file formats
Knowledge of all types of data formats and file
structures  Ability to follow
and develop data quality standards, metrics and
audit procedures  Knowledge
of databases, formation, manipulation and
programming
