Ability to perform multiple-tasking skills and
tasks, with general maintenance mechanical skills
and abilities. Experience with most aspects of
facility maintenance, and the desire to learn
specific maintenance skills, including clean-room
environment facility related maintenance.
Performs duties without direct supervision.
Performs janitorial and maintenance duties as
needed daily including upkeep of floors, walls
and common areas.
Purchases, stores and inventories all
maintenance tools and supplies.
Maintenance facilities equipments Water
Chiller, Compressor System, Air Handler, and
Chilled water Pump.
Drives company truck for business-related
errands such as material pickup, post office
pickup and deliveries, etc. Valid drivers license
is required.
Maintains the company truck and van. Insures
that inspections, repair,
Ability to operate the company forklift with
safety training, light forklift maintenance
abilities.
Assists all physical office moves and
reconfigures modular offices as required.
Ensures appropriate physical appearance of the
facility is maintained. Painting, washing and
cleaning of facades where necessary.
Participate in office, department and company-
wide environmental, safety and health, affirmative
action and related programs. Promotes the goals
stated in the company policies, procedure,
environmental booklet, employee handbook and
related materials.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
