Freight Broker with UNLIMITED compensation and
growth potential along with Tiered commission.
Responsibilities
Grow and Maintain Positive Relationships with
External and Internal Customers
Continue and Expand Business with Existing
Accounts
-Heavy Price and Service Negotiation with
Customers and Carriers
-Develop and Maintain Carrier Portfolio According
to Carrier Selection Criteria
-Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously with a
Sense of Urgency
-Maintain and Update Accurate Information in
Company Operating Systems
Requirements
LTL Freight Sales Experience
Must be very familiar with Load Boards Truckstop,
Getloaded, 123 Loadboard
Must have very good communication skills with
drivers, owner operators, shippers, and office
personnel.
Self-Motivation and Competitive Drive

Ability to Make and Follow Through with
Commitments
Enjoys and Thrives in Fast Paced, Fluid Work
Environment
Highly Effective Phone and Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal and Problem Solving Skills

Demonstrate Intellectual Honesty
Fluent in English preferably fluent in Spanish
Ideal candidate Former or current transportation
sales personnel Existing or former transportation
agents Active or retired personnel from the LTL
industry Active or retired personnel from the
Truckload/Intermodal industry.
