This position manages the Condo/Builder Home Lending Retail Sales Program participation and results within an assigned Retail Sales Channel area. The position reports to and is accountable to a National Condo/Builder Manager for results. Responsible for managing information between Condominium Developers, Builders and Loan Officers and their managers. Accountable for ensuring Loan Officers are equipped with subject matter expertise regarding Condominium, New Construction, and purchase lending. Responsible for identifying Loan Officer resources to manage the Condominium Devloper and Builder relationships in assigned geographic areas. The Condo/Builder Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and defining potential Condominium Developer and Builder opportunities within their assigned sales area.**********Location: California**************Qualifications:Accountable to the National Condo/Builder Manager for Program results and Condominum Developer/Builder business development. Time Allocation 10%Monitor & assess the performance & effectiveness of Loan Officers with regards to the Condo/Builder program within assigned geographic area, recommend reassignments within the area, work with the Lending Mgr of participating Loan Officers to ensure smooth transitions between Loan Officers, assess skills training needs of incoming / newly assigned Loan Officers, and administer internal workshops on Condo/Builder products for Loan Officers and Lending Managers. Assist in identifying skilled Condo/Builder loan officers for recruiting purposes in assigned sales area. Time Allocation 45%Responsible for providing Condo/Builder program origination training to Loan Officers. Time Allocation 5%Manage Condo/Builder relationship assignments to Loan Officers. Time Allocation 10%Accountable for evaluating & sharing the performance results of the Condo/Builder program within the assigned sales area, and engaging Lending Managers and Condo/Builder National Manager in activities necessary to ensure the success of the Condo/Builder programs in assigned sales territory. Time Allocation 5%Manage relationships between the Retail Sales area and the Condo/Builder relationships with the assigned area. The Condo/Builder Specialist serves as the first level of escalation for resolution of any issues or concerns that may erupt between a Loan Officer/Lending Mgr and a Condo/Builder Relationship within the assigned area. Time Allocation 10%Serve as chief liaison to the sales area's lending management regarding Condo/Builder Program changes, updates, policy & procedures. Accountable to the National Condo/Builder Manager regarding ongoing program status, milestones, and success of assigned sales area. Time Allocation 5%Responsible for gathering information from Condo Developers to assist with PAG approval and providing direction and guidance on the process both internally and externally. Time Allocation 5%Collaborate with, and provide subject matter expertise to, Lending Managers in identifying Condo/Builder Program participants and ensuring Loan Officers receive necessary knowledge development & skills training.
