<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>INSIDE SALES COORDINATORResponsible for conducting client, competitor and market research and analysis, developing sales materials, coordinates the opportunity response effort and develops and oversees various knowledge management systems and reference tools. Technical/Functional Responsibilities Conducts client, competitor and market research, as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development, and provides corresponding analysis. Collaborates with the designated core client sponsorship team to establish and populate dedicated core client eRooms, and supports the development of documented client strategies and related information. Manages, coordinates, writes, reviews, and edits text, graphics, and metrics for sales documents such as proposals, qualifications, and presentation slides. Develops, produces, and maintains additional sales materials, such as resumes, project descriptions, memos, letters, etc. Ensures that all sales documents comply with company identity program style and format (logo, color, etc.). Networks with inside sales staff companywide to exchange sales-related information. 5 years of relevant experience and BA or BS or equivalent years of experience in business, marketing, or technical field. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills in general, and in particular, relative to the A/E industry. Must be comfortable turning group discussions of sales topics and winning themes into succinct, compelling documents such as cover letters and executive summaries. Experience editing technical documents is highly desirable
