Reporting Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Create reporting solutions to track metrics, KPIs and SLAs for all aspects of the public record acquisition efforts.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create reports or other solutions to create metrics and KPIs from a number of disparate data repositories.
Measure the performance of the business using metrics and KPIs against SLAs.
Development of business requirements for metrics, KPIs and reports.
Development of internal and partner based service level agreements.
Tracking and evaluation of metrics/KPIs versus service level agreements.
Design and implementation of Field Collection and on-shore vendor quality metrics and SLAs.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in the real estate data field with emphasis on public records preferred.
Must have excellent communication written/verbal, negotiation, presentation, judgment, analytical, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, group and project management skills.
Must be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly adaptable, able to think outside of the box.
Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Strong SQL query writing skills
Experience with data analysis and report building
Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all times with end users, customers, vendors and teammates, including senior management.
Ability to interact with diverse work teams.
A BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
