The ideal candidate will have participated in a full-scale implementation including blueprinting, design, user testing, user training, production and post-production activities. The candidate also must have worked hands-on functionally in the business in either an accounting or finance capacity.§ Leadworldwide (if applicable) end-to-end full-cycle implementation activities for the cost accounting functional process area § Identify integration touch points andmanage across a team of cross-functional resources to ensure seamless end-to-end process design§ Apply finance and accounting process knowledge and SAP learningsto-date to oversee and support worldwide core and extended team members through the full-cycle implementation activities (blueprint, design, UAT, training, production and post production)§ Surface and apply thought leadership and lessons learned to drive best in class blueprinting and design, aligned with the overall business success. Champion new ideas and influence to streamline or improve process efficiency and controls.§ Liaise with internal IT and external implementation resources for development of business requirements and solutions documentation in support of design decisions§ Work closely with Finance ERP team and cross functional groups to promote process standardization § Participate and co-lead the validation & testing phases of system implementation§ Identify process and system issues during testing and escalate critical obstacles to leadership§ Manage user expectations§ Liaise with ERP team and Super Users to ensure effective change management cut over and ongoing training program is in place§ Actively participate in internal team meetings to ensure that all core team members are fully aware of current and future activities§ Coordinate and lead various implementation meetingsJob Requirements Must have deep familiarity with finance and accounting processes and the ability to liaison and coordinate across a diverse group of individuals located both within and outside of the US.Core requirements include:* Minimum of 5–7 years of hands on cost accounting experience, preferably having worked with our international colleagues* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance* Able to work independently in fast-paced environment, ensuring that decisions are timely and deadlines are met or exceeded.* Handle project with significant ambiguity/pressure and apply effective prioritization* Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to influence across the organization* Hands-on, meticulous and hardworking, and also capable of big picture and strategic vision* High degree of technical comfort and competencyCountry United StatesState/Province CaliforniaCity/Town IrvineShift 1st Shift - DayPercent of Travel Required NoneFunction FinanceDiscipline Accounting
