Also provides managerial, administrative, organizational, and project support to the Regional Sales Director (RSD). Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:Establishes marketing and communication priorities for the Region and recommends marketing and sales promotion budget allocations.Works with Field Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing Communications to provide market feedback to National Brand Managers and product development.Works with partner agency account executives to oversee execution and implementation of regional sales programs and promotional activities.Works with marketing managers to develop local advertising programs and extensions of national advertising campaigns in regional “Key Market” areas.Ensures local programming is consistent with national brand message to ensure a united voice to consumers.Collaborates and coordinates with National Sales Planning department in the development of regional and/or local “Key Market” sales promotions.Assists in the research and processing of information relating to industry retail activity within the region.Researches and analyzes competitive OEM incentive programs and promotional activities.Coordinates and analyzes dealer retail forecast data with District Managers and National Sales Department staff.Compiles and submits the regional Retail Demand Forecast for RSD review and approval each reporting period.Education, Experience and Qualifications:A Bachelor''s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college is preferred; and minimum seven years related experience in a sales/marketing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with sales and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively converse with all levels of corporate staff are required. Candidate must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Motorsports dealership and/or OEM experience desirable, but not required.
