MECHANIC - TUBE BENDER

JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Tube Bender Mechanic needed immediately for manufacturer located in the Irvine CA area, near John Wayne Airport.
Long-Term Temporary position with possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire. Pay $17-20/hour, depending on experience. 40 hour work week, however, Overtime possible during weekdays Saturdays, 6am-12pm.
Essential duties
Bending tube to make pipes for pumps
Will be bending some product by hand and some by tube bending machine, and then using a threading machine
Requires wearing safety glasses and safety shoes while performing duties.
Requirements
Min 3 years experience - Proficient in tube bending and flaring for both AN and Swegeloc fittings
Experienced in machine operation
Experienced in reading blueprints and flow schematics to determine proper installation of various check valves and other hardware
Able to cut and fit pipe lines
Familiar with overhead cranes and forklift operation
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably
