Position Summary:Candidate will work closely with the closing team to provide an exceptional mortgage experience to their high net worth clients. The UW Loan Quality Review Specialist is required to complete tasks assigned in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks include but are not limited to:* Ensuring mortgage loans are prepared properly for closing with the client * The position entails utilizing a checklist and utilizing various systems to ensure accurate information is reflected on the system and the loan closing documents and paperwork. * Overtime may be required for this position.Qualifications:Qualifications, Skills and Experience:* 3 plus years of mortgage loan documentation experience* 5 years of mortgage processing, underwriting and/or audit/quality control experience* Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements* Detail oriented with ability to set goals, meet objectives, take initiative and complete tasks within deadlines* Must have organizational, planning and problem solving skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Must be able to multi-task* Flexible / Adaptable* Analytical / Critical thinking - be able to anticipate problems and resolve early* MS Access / Excel / Word knowledge preferred* Bachelors Degree is a plus* Ability to work overtimeJob: Commercial Real Estate / Underwriting
