Product Sales Specialist - Portfolio Analytics
Description
This position is for a Product Sales Specialist who will lead the sales effort calling on customers and prospects of LPS Applied Analytics that have a need for real property public record data, mortgage and marketing based analytics. The candidate will also help develop the strategy for long term success by building the LPS Applied Analytics brand in this niche through various product, sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate must be detailed oriented and clearly understands how to manage through client analytic needs and expectations and align the requirements with the industry wide regulations and guidance. Time management skills are critical in this position and the candidate must clearly demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Work Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience within the data analytics, public records or mortgage industry in a proven licensing or direct sales related role is a mandatory.
Demonstrated knowledge of analytical, strategic thinking and strong communication skills is required.
Professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work from remote home based office and travel extensively at times.
Education Requirements College graduate required MBA or Masters preferred, but not required.
