<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Auto req ID 21495BRJob Posting Title Sales Operations Analyst, Sr PrincipalBusiness Unit SalesJob Description This individual would have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:1) Manage bookings, billings, and backlog for key accounts2) Systems support – become proficient at using Broadcom’s internal systems for quoting and reporting3) Negotiate and administer any Vendor Managed Inventory programs or buffer programs, if applicable4) Manage sample orders to schedule5) Coordinate ramp-ups of new programs/products and manage EOL transitions for old programs6) Analyze forecasts for appropriate order coverage, seek out bookings from customers according to forecast and within lead-time requirements, report results to Sales and Marketing on a regular basis and ensure that bookings and backlog goals are met for these customers7) Participate in quarterly business reviews, if applicable8) Ensure compliance to contract terms9) Maintain price lists, manage quotes using Oracle CRM quoting system10) Assist in setting up and managing rebate programs11) Work closely with all internal and external groups to manage the supply chain appropriately12) Assist in coordination of Failure Analysis Requests with various internal and external groups13) Manage Process Change Notifications and work closely with the customers to qualify new products14) Track part number creation as related to manufacturing flow for new devices15) Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine course of action16) Build strong and successful working relationships (internal and external)Job Requirements 1) Minimum 8 yrs experience in a combination of Customer Service, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Product Marketing and/or Supply Chain Management in the semiconductor industry2) Fluent in English2) Bachelor’s degree3) Computer literate with strong Excel skills4) Extremely detail oriented and analytical with strong organization skills5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills6) Multi-task oriented7) Quick learner8) Ability to interface with external and internal customers, at all levels9) Enthusiastic/tactful/diplomatic10) Assertive11) Highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starterCountry United StatesState/Province CaliforniaCity/Town IrvineShift 1st Shift - DayPercent of Travel Required 5% - 10%Function SalesDiscipline Customer Service
