This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure pricing compliance and optimization. The successful candidate will be well versed in financial analysis to support strategic pricing decisions leading to increased profitability in a complex environment.ResponsibilitiesThis individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:§ Lead and mentor the pricing analyst group to administer, manage, and monitor pricing processes§ Monitor, manage, audit, and report on Most Favored Nation compliance § Evaluate and refine processes to ensure SOX compliance§ Perform price change impact analyses including gross margin risk and profitability assessments§ Interpret pricing analysis data and recommend pricing strategies to achieve optimal margin and market penetration§ Review and approve periodic financial analysis reports§ Interpret quarterly funnel analysis reporting§ Oversee and refine pricing processes including integration with Peoplesoft ERP§ Monitor quote activity and maintain integrity of quote files§ Identify best in class tools and processes to optimize pricing activities§ Conduct continuous pricing process improvement§ Provide administrative support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pricing and quoting moduleJob Requirements Requirements§ Minimum University Degree in Business Administration preferably Master of Business Administration with minimum 10 years experience performing and interpreting strategic pricing analyses in the sales or marketing environment§ Experience implementing and managing a pricing engine (application)§ Sound understanding of sales, finance, and marketing operations processes preferably in the Semiconductor sector§ Expert Excel skills§ Extremely detail oriented§ Exceptional oral and written communication skills§ Excellent planning and presentation skills§ Strong collaborative and customer focused skills§ Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills§ Proven effective leadership skill set§ Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment§ Enthusiastic/assertive/tactful/diplomatic§ Ability to work independently, self-starterCountry United StatesState/Province CaliforniaCity/Town IrvineShift 1st Shift - DayPercent of Travel Required 5% - 10%Function SalesDiscipline Sales Operations
