Demonstrate products and solutions in both web-
based and in-office environments. Effectively
connect solutions to solving clients business
challenges. Respond to questions and overcome
objections appropriately.
Develop sales proposals and related follow up
documentation for existing and potential
customers.
Manage assigned product portfolio. Address
exceptional activities or developments that may
impact customers, competitors, products and their
enhancements.
Follow up with call and/or visits to customers to
ensure a high level of satisfaction. Identify and
resolve issues and problems and provide training
as needed.
Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences
and seminars. Promote product awareness, enhance
sales skills and identify competitive products,
potential customers and product enhancements.
Provide relevant information to management.
Actively participate in special projects as
assigned. Assume responsibility for continuous
learning along with quality productivity
improvement.
This is a base and incentive plan position
requiring sales goal achievement and on-site
client travel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelors degree preferred, Masters a plus
Experience
Two or more years of experience working
with/within sales organizations in pre-sales,
sales support, account/customer management for
analytical/technical financial solutions.
Mortgage or other financial services experience
preferred.
