JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>* Answer customer inquiries by phone, fax or email<br>
* Place orders for external and internal customers<br>
* Monitor electronic orders in system queue<br>
* Process billing adjustments due to pricing<br>
* Process administrative returns including product recall<br>
* Communicate with customers on return process and follow-up with customers and sales reps on all returns<br>
* Complete necessary paperwork to accompany returns<br>
* Determine necessary actions to meet customers needs<br>
* Escalate issues to management for assistance and/or clarification<br>
* Follow documented process and training<br>
* Monitor orders throughout the day to ensure the status flow is moving appropriately in JDE<br>
* Follow direction from management team<br>
* Support the needs of Sales and Marketing, as well as Commercial Operations<br>
* Support the needs of Clinical trials<br>
* Partner with Planning Dept. on inventory availability in case of a back-order<br>
* Follow-up with customer on status of open orders due to inventory availability<br>
* Communicate with warehouse personnel if an order is needed by the customer after cut-off time<br>
* Carry after-hours pager<br><br>
Qualifications-
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service role is required<br>
* Experience in mainframe ERP/MRP systems is preferred<br>
* Bachelors degree is preferred<br>
* Fluent in English<br><br>
