This position will focus on delivering new hire and ongoing education training for AEs. You will also assess call center staff performance by monitoring and evaluating calls vs a performance benchmark approach, and will provide feedback to departmental sales management.  Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of functional processes and systems* Develop and maintain training curriculum for AEs; assist with the development of the training curriculum for other outbound or inbound calling teams. Curriculum could include product knowledge and sales skills and industry knowledge.* Facilitate ongoing training and continuous education for established team* Determine appropriate and varied instructional methods to ensure understanding of materials by all types of adult learners* Coordinate the Employee Recognition Program* Support updating of all training documentation (Facilitator Guide, Participant Manual, Work Flow, Process Steps, Knowledgebase, FAQ&rsquo;s, etc.)* Support on-the-job training and individual AE and Team Leader follow up as needed* Support 30/60/90 day ongoing development plans for new hire agents* Monitors new AE progress and providing coaching for improvement as needed; coordinate needs-analysis activities to determine skill and knowledge* Develop and conduct tests to measure trainee progress and to evaluate training effectiveness* May be required to support or perform internal audits Monitor AE calls and report on performance to improve service quality and efficiency and to achieve contractual KPIs         Qualifications:* 5 years Prior experience as a trainer in a Direct Response / Call Center environment is a MUST* 5 years Prior telesales experience* Documented experience creating and delivering online training materials* Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness* Strong experience using CRM applications and telephony solutions* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills* Highly motivated self-starter who can work with little or no supervision* Bachelor''s degree and 4 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience* Experience in creating self-paced online learning materials strongly preferred* Intermediate skills with Microsoft OfficeOptions:* Apply for this job online* Email this opportunity to a referral
