Manage consignment project Work with Sales and Marketing to forecast systems and catheters and catheter usage. Attend weekly supply chain meetings. Work with the Finance team to invoice all products. Resolve any issues in supply chain Maintain, ship, and keep track of all expired inventory for pre-clinical studies and bench top testing. Work with customers, team member and health care compliance personnel to create, manage, and track of all contracts Submit requests for New Contracts via Totality for Companies that are interested in utilizing NOGA Generate all CARs needed for finance and supply chain Be familiar with Doc Control system and handle all paperwork for design change of products. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Self-motivated General knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures and devices Professional demeanor Team orientation Proactive Education: Required: High School/GED JOB DESCRIPTION:Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers. Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Provides assistance, training to other administrative staff, may supervise other staff. Includes frequent/continual contact with customers and executives. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. May also possess specialized industry skill/knowledge or knowledge of foreign languages.
