Functions Include: * Process accounts payable invoices through Great Plains* Enter and match vendor invoices and receipts using three-way matching* Accrue Sales tax on invoices when appropriate* Code non-purchase order invoices; ensure accuracy of coding on purchase order related invoices* Obtain approvals on all non-purchase order related invoices* Research and resolve accounts payable related issues with vendors* Process expense reports and credit card expense reports* Enter new supplier information* Create and maintain appropriate voucher documentation* Assist with weekly check runs* Assist with annual audit, 1099s, and sales and use tax filing* Work collaboratively with the Accounting and Finance Team* Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
