<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Performs medical records functions of scanning, electronic filing, auditing the ICS of the electronic medical record for quality and providing prompt support services to authorized internal and external customers in the main department and/or alternative work sites as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.  One year experience in a medical/clerical position.  1-2 years of medical records experience preferred.  Basic computer skills and the ability to file accurately using electronic, alphabetical, numeric, and color-coded systems.  Detail oriented with good organizational skills.  Good inter-personal communication skills.  Valid California drivers license and proof of automobile insurance.
