<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Regional Sales - EHS&S ConsultingCategory: Senior or Principal ConsultantDescription: This senior level consultant will be instrumental in helping to grow our Southern California EHS Consulting business. This exciting position has both business development and technical consulting responsibilities, so we are looking for a unique individual who has both senior level technical EHS expertise, loves to sell and is great at it; and wants to be generously rewarded with an exceptional compensation package for meeting goals. You must have prior sales experience and a great network in Southern California.Requirements: You will be responsible for developing and implementing various EHS programs and systems and mentoring other consultants. This position is also responsible for project management and client management. You should have expertise in one or more non-remediation based EHS technical area (e.g. Environmental Management Systems, Health & Safety, etc.) This position draws heavily on your technical EHS and consultative sales skills to develop new business and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities Include: &bull; Providing sales leadership, and making new and existing client sales &bull; Meeting sales objectives, maintaining sales plans and updating sales forecast and pipeline &bull; Generating leads, coordinating meetings and proposals, and conducting follow up to meet sales targets &bull; Developing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system to track leads and measure sales performance &bull; Proposal preparation, including estimating work scope and price, and presentation process and managing client relations to ensure complete satisfaction &bull; Maintaining a high profile externally and through membership/ attendance in life science industry functions, continually increasing contact base &bull; EHS project management and coordination of project teams including serving as a Client Steward (Account Manager) for key accounts &bull; Seen as a leader within EORM and outside EORM, as a result of your technical, industry and competitive knowledge &bull; Provide senior level EHS support to a variety of life science/biotech customers &bull; Conduct occupational injury/illness reporting & investigation activities and tracking &bull; Conduct IAQ investigations and/or assessments &bull; Participate in recruitment efforts for region &bull; Mentor other consultants in sales and technical specialty areas Other Skills/Abilities: &bull; Results driven and highly energetic &bull; Initiative for business development and client service &bull; Strong interpersonal skills &bull; Highly effective verbal and written communication plus senior level presentation and negotiation skills &bull; Self sufficient in current office applications (eg MS Office) Education & Experience: &bull; Undergraduate degree in a science-related field is required.
