Individual will lead the company in expanding products and services in a global market. Lead the business unit in developing a sales strategic plan. Support the leadership team in decision making to ensure the best use of resources in accordance with established objectives for growth and profitability. Seeks out new growth opportunities and conducts market research, competitive analysis, and other studies to assess potential benefit to the business. Recommends, coordinates and tracks progress to established milestones for development of new markets and sales growth.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the vision and strategy for growing sales and expanding product offerings in a global market.* Market Development : Manage and enhance existing market positioning while seeking opportunities in emerging or alternate markets in an effort to achieve corporate growth objectives.* Channel Development : Develop and establish the optimum sales channel for Knight product promotion, value, and distribution globally for all product categories.* Product Positioning : Recommend and implement approved price and promotion strategy as required to establish and maintain market position.* Product Development : Identify and communicate customer requirements for new products to achieve market share goals within a specific market through the tollgate process.* Customer Management : Maintain and ensure high-level OEM customer contact and facilitate and promote customer satisfaction.* Key Account Management : Manage, maintain key accounts as required.* Forecasting : Develop and anticipate sales volumes to ensure profit generation, manufacturing level loading to ensure OTP to the customer.* Acquisition : Identify potential acquisition opportunities in an effort to enhance global market presence, organizational synergy, and corporate growth through the tollgate process.* Technology Development : Participate in the identification of potential new emerging technology and product enhancements to the current sales portfolio.* Process Improvement : Champion process improvement professionals and projects executed to enhance sales growth and corporate growth initiatives.* Talent Management : Staff and develop a world-class global sales team.* OEM Leadership : Design legitimate OEM program to identify and capture OEM opportunity for Knight.* Direct supervision of 10 Regional Sales Managers across US, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific.* Total Sales Volume = $33M; Total New Product Sales = $10M; Total New Market Sales = $10M* BS Degree, Masters preferred in the area of business and marketing* 10 years experience with managing and directing a global sales force, preferably in the fluid equipment dispensing industry* Knowledgeable in electro-mechanical devices and understands engineering and technical concepts* Excellent knowledge in sales management techniques, customer prospecting and the sales cycle* Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written with the ability to make necessary sales presentation, status reports and technical presentations to management and customer.* Excellent leadership and proven ability to foster teamwork and cultivate positive customer relationships* Ability to read and summarize the financial performance documents created by the finance group and operating unit* Knowledgeable in Value Selling, Voice of the Customer processes* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office software* Must be able to travel up to 40% and possess a valid driver's license and US PassportIDEX Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.Attention Applicants: If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the applicat
