Please visit our website at www.apria.com. * Owner of Sales Incentive Compensation System and payroll process, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal processes.* Oversee and improve field sales credit dispute and change request process.* Work with field and corporate teams to identify and troubleshoot intake issues and branch processes that may affect sales crediting.* Drive initiatives to identify current processes, diagnose issues and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.* Help lead annual incentive compensation plan design team, coordinate implementation of annual incentive plans and quarterly contests.* Data analysis to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.* Continual benchmarking (in conjunction with HR) of compensation philosophy and total compensation mix in relation to market trends.* Execute development and distribution of semi-annual quota.* Ensure the Incentive Compensation Steering Committee is updated on all relevant information.* Manage the design and production of performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.* Ensure alliance between sales and other business reporting.* Perform "drill down" analysis for company executives to determine improvement opportunities.* Work with internal experts to understand market needs, business improvement opportunities and best practices.* Analyze and evaluate data to identify business implications of trends or sales efficiencies.* Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.* Communicate daily with field management regarding escalated exception requests and field analysis.* Ad-hoc projects as needed.* Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.Qualifications:* Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required. * At least five years sales operations experience is required.* Experience in sales compensation design and analysis* Highly analytical with experience working with complex business models and large amounts of data* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access* Skilled at motivating and coaching* Project management experience* Medical sales experience a plusApria Healthcare(or Coram Healthcare) is an equal opportunity employer.
