This includes design and maintenance of appropriate dashboards for all levels of the organization. In addition, this role is responsible for administration, design and analysis of many aspects of the sales customer service relationship management (CRM) System. * Owner of Sales Incentive Compensation System and payroll process, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal processes* Administer and improve field sales credit dispute and change request process* Communicate daily with field management regarding sales crediting, research and analysis* Work with field and corporate teams to identify and troubleshoot intake issues and branch processes that may affect sales crediting* Diagnose issues and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency* Participate in annual incentive compensation plan design* Assist in development and distribution of semi-annual quota* Data analysis to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives* Continual benchmarking (in conjunction with HR) of compensation philosophy and total compensation mix in relation to market trends* Design and production of performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution* Ensure alliance between sales and other business reporting* Work with internal experts to understand market needs, business improvement opportunities and best practices* Analyze and evaluate data to identify business implications of trends* Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are established and met* Ad-hoc projects as needed* Perform other related duties as directed by supervisorQualifications:* Experience in sales compensation design and analysis* Highly analytical with experience working with complex business models and large amounts of data* The ability to work with multiple databases and perform complex analyses is essential* 4 year college degree in related field* At least two years related work experience is required* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access is required* SQL programming experience is preferred Physical Demands :The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be considered for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
