Apria is the nation&#39;s leading provider of integrated home healthcare products and clinical services. * Analyze competitive and market survey data to identify market opportunities. * Analyze sales by product and territory. Work with individual RVPSs to analyze region sales growth opportunities, and to design and implement growth improvement plans. * Analyze the business potential for new programs/product/service introduction or core business expansion and quantify the potential revenue and earnings contribution to the Company.* Collect and analyze complex data to track sales performance. * Perform &quot;drill down&quot; analyses for VP, Sales Ops and field sales VPs to determine profitability improvement opportunities. * Improve the usefulness of current sales reporting and design new reports to track key sales performance metrics.* Design reports to track sales contest results and the impact on sales productivity. * Assist in development of annual sales plan and quota-setting.* Implement customer analyses and surveys and work with internal experts to understand market needs, business improvement opportunities and best practices. * Identify current processes, develop improvement ideas and design business processes for company-wide implementation. * Track results of new programs and other growth initiatives.* Analyze sales data, external market sizing data, and market share data to evaluate sales staffing efficiency. * Handle territory optimization utilizing appropriate software tools. Track, review, and make recommendations regarding territory and quota change requests.* Report on key sales metrics. * Design and maintain appropriate dashboards for sales vice presidents. Create trend analysis reports. * Manage the design and production of management reports. Analyze and evaluate data to identify business implications of trends or sales efficiencies. * Respond to field manager&#39;s requests for information and ensure that reports meet the ongoing business needs of management. * Audit reports for accuracy, consistency and completeness.* Usually handles more complex processes.* May assist less experienced Sales Operations Analyst.* Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.Qualifications:* Education and experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
