This person performs upkeep and repair to the restaurants'' interiors and exteriors, and performs preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment.Works under the direction of the Area Supervisor and is responsible for performing work at the restaurants within the patch.The Building Services Specialist must be dependable and available and on call to attend to emmergencies as they arise to ensure that our facilities are maintained at optimum condition for our guests. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Must have reliable transportation!Position requires previous mechanical and building maintenanace skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry,dry-wall, tile, and painting.
