The selected candidate will perform data collection and analysis and provide limited instruction in basic mission planning. This position plans and coordinates tasks for ongoing sustainment projects. The selected candidate works directly with weapons school staff military aviators and an instructional development team to ensure the technical accuracy of training materials. Requires a minimum 4 years flying experience in tactical aviation environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications required. Applicant must be eligible for security clearance.DUTIES:The selected candidate will perform data collection and analysis and provide for the technical and operational accuracy of training materials. This position plans and coordinates tasks for ongoing projects. The selected candidate works directly with weapons school staff military aviators and an instructional development team to ensure the technical and instructional accuracy of training materials. Travel will be required (15%).Additionally, the selected candidate must:- be able to work independently in a fast paced quality environmnent with minimal direction- be able to prepare task lists- be able to locate and extract information from aviation publications- be able to document results of training activities in a standardized format- possess experience using Microsoft office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).- have excellent verbal and written communication skills.EOE: D/F/M/VSPECIAL SKILLS: U.S. Military tactical aviation experience (Pilot or NFO), FA-18 preferredEDUCATION: BSEXPERIENCE: Min 4 years tactical Naval aviation experience (Pilot or NFO). Familiarity with JMPS desired.
