Assists in the application and admissions processes for the School of Pharmacy. Assists the Director Student Services in marketing and recruitment procedures. Performs other duties as needed. ***Job Specifications - AA degree from a two-year program or equivalent work experience. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education. Two years of office related work experience.  Able to use computer and software programs such as Microsoft Word Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with EMS, EMAS Pro, and Banner preferred. Able to work with people in a tactful  diplomatic manner. Relates well with staff, students, and faculty. Able to deal with conflict and criticisms objectively. Be able to communicate well with co-workers. The ability to positively and professionally interact with applicants, visitors and staff. Ability to work independently and as a team member when necessary. Ability to cross-train with co-workers. Ability to understand the admissions processes and functions. Ability to learn and follow instructions without frequent supervision. Able to be detailed-oriented and self-motivated. Able to analyze and prioritize procedures of importance with efficiency, producing quality and quantity results. Knowledge of computer and various software programs, data entry, accuracy and record keeping. Independent decision making ability required. Ability to complete task within deadlines. Excellent organizational and written skills.
