Prepares program documentation and procedures. Provides documentation, training, and support to users. Independently develops all but the most complex programs. Works under the lead of a Project Leader or Department Director. Performs other duties as needed.Job Specifications: Four-year degree in Computer Science with course work in Structured Programming required. Minimum of 2 years programming experience required. Experience with PHP, jquery, UNIX, Oracle, html and/or MS SQL Server preferred. Must be able to use a computer and type at least 30 wpm. Ability to read and write English fluently. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package. Ability to elicit user requirements and deal effectively with other employees. Maintains positive interpersonal relations with peers, users, supervisors, and visitors. Ability to troubleshoot and debug programs. Ability to translate user requirements into program specifications.
