Works closely with both the internal staff and client representatives in planning, analyzing and evaluating information for assigned services and/or projects. Usually manages up to 7 technicians at a small- to medium-size hospital.Qualifications:AAS Degree or Military equivalent is preferredMinimum of five years related industry experience with Management/Supervisory experience preferred.Must exhibit leadership ability and personnel skills. An individual must be able to deal with people in a supervisory capacity, establish work priorities and schedules, training requirements, etc., in a manner sensitive to both the customer and co-workers. While still working on equipment, the Senior BMET is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of those employees directly under him/her, including conducting performance reviews and any disciplinary actions required.Job: Biomedical/Imaging Technology
