The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:?Maintain current and accurate space layouts, headcounts, building floor plans and participate in space planning.?Oversee and coordinate various facility requests including furniture and equipment repairs, HVAC adjustments, building maintenance (lights, plumbing), cleaning and minor construction.?Coordinate all office moves including notifying voice/data services, couriers and security.?Coordinate vendor services and safety/emergency management programs.ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED?Knowledge of general facility operations including all aspects of tenant improvement projects.?Ability to be a self-starter?Strong communication skills (verbal and written)NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED?Leadership capability and excellent organizational skills are required.?Ability to plan, reconcile and project budgets.?Ability to work independently while keeping management and team updated on activities.?Position will require on-call or after-hours work as needed.HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES?Microsoft Office ?
